The hotel had amazing breakfast and dinner buffets with a diverse range of hot and cold food options. The staff were friendly and would help you where they could. The hotel had a great location, with wonderful views and nearby strolling areas that we enjoyed.
Sadly, the hotel was a bit dirty, especially the swimming pool and floors. The staff didn't speak much English, which caused some difficulty in communication, and there were some misunderstandings.

The bed was nice and we had a spacious balcony. Even the Zhoushan Mount Putuo airport was not so far. They actually had free Wi-Fi. The hotel met all required needs...

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel's luxurious amenities and exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. Our room was spacious and well-appointed with exclusive facilities, and we enjoyed the indoor pool and Spa centre. The restaurant served delicious food and the bar/lounge area was a nice spot to relax. We also appreciated the location advantages, with a beautiful sun terrace and access to the beach just steps away.
The only minor issue we encountered was a lack of clear signage regarding the beach access. Although there was an extra payment required, it was not clearly communicated.

Spent Christmas at a hotel that was not what I had expected. However, it did have some positives. Location was good with plenty to do nearby. , the view was stunning! The breakfast buffet had plenty of options to choose from and the staff was always friendly.
I have never seen a dirtier hotel in my life. The swimming pool was absolutely disgusting, and the entire hotel was dirty and unkempt.

We also appreciated the free parking on the property and the option to have breakfast served in our room.
